SEM Metalworks is a leading manufacturer of prefab house and steel structure product and has two factories located in south China. One factory is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang , about 2 hours driving distance from Shanghai. The other factory is located in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, about one hour driving distance from Shanghai. Two factories reside on a 500,000 square feet land with 230,000 square feet manufacturing area and employee more than 400 employees. Its products export 100% to US, European, Canadian, and Australian markets.
